What makes a human unique in his/her own way is the personality. By right, personality means the character that starts and evolves over time in respond to the environment (culture, religion, beliefs or race) and is noted by their reactions to cues that occur daily throughout their life.Originally posted by StarPuppy:then what do i have mood swings at times?

reply post from renorenal:
Hi doctor. Lately , i think its the foreskin/not entire part of my p*nis start to get very itchy/altho not painful and i have to scratch it every now and then. Even after putting a lot of medicated oil on it i still find it very itchy. I continue to put more medicated oil. After some time the itch stops but the next day at night the same thing happen again until it reaches another time before the itch subside. I dunno if the medicated oil have anything to do with it and for some reason the itch stops at the afternoon on both days. I don't feel like seeing a doctor(no money and a bit embarassing altho i might if the itch refuses to go off after a week). Do you think this kind of itch will go off after a few days or a week?
erm no i have no sexual contact before in my life...shake not asthmatic...i am on some oral pills tho..don't wish to reveal what it is
It's rather hard to tell... do you have any recent sexual contact before?
Are you a diabetic? Are you an asthmatic on oral or inhaled steroids? Are you having any itch besides the area you mentioned, such as the groin creases? What do you think may have caused it? Any triggering factors or relieving factors?
the medication you are taking may have side-effects in which if you don't reveal, I might not know what it is. If you feel shy about it, there is always the PM buttonOriginally posted by depressed:originally posted by me:

hmm just only itchy on the p*nis..no other parts r itchy...triggering factors hmm
i am still not too sure but it happens at night and the itch comes and go for a few hours..sometimes it itches after say 8 hrs of non-itchiness then after about 1 hr of itch the itchiness goes away.
i haven't really seen green pigmentation in the iris before... quite an interesting one... but it looks rather normal to me, if you felt that there has been changes to the color, it's probably due to your pigmentation alterations.Originally posted by alexkusu:Im just wonderin.. does eye colour reveal any sickness? Usually my eyes are light browny-hazel. but today seemed to be a bit on the green side. I was jus curious as when young I heard people who have yellow in their eyes have cancer. Fact or fiction?
what do you think may have caused this? Poor diet? Lack or rest?
this one sounds terrifying... especially when the liver is concerned. What are the resulting consequences and the possible causes for this? is it genetics?Originally posted by renorenal:shouldn't have any harmful effects on it, yellow in the eyes meaning yellow in the whitish parts, and it means that the liver enzymes are somehow destroyed or prevented from carrying out it's work to decompose the bilirubin pigments from red blood cells breakdown..

there are many causes so to speak, the commonest being viral hepatitis infection where the liver cells (the factory that produces such enzymes) are destroyed by these bugs, hence the accumulation of the bilirubin compound can bring changes to the sclera (eye white) color...Originally posted by alexkusu:this one sounds terrifying... especially when the liver is concerned. thanks for ur info. Now I know roughly what to watch out for. If i remember correctly, my grandad has gall stone.. is that hereditary?Originally posted by renorenal:there are many causes so to speak, the commonest being viral hepatitis infection where the liver cells (the factory that produces such enzymes) are destroyed by these bugs, hence the accumulation of the bilirubin compound can bring changes to the sclera (eye white) color...
the others include thalassaemic patients or sickle cell disease where blood cells get destroyed prematurely at a rapid rate, and the enzymes cannot cope with the workload, hence jaundiced...
there is also a possibility if the bile ducts are obstructed (the site of excrement for the bile juice), can be by tumor, gall stones or by some certain autoimmune disorders...
One can classify the causes of jaundice into prehepatic - hepatic - posthepatic... hepatic meaning liver, and the pre and post notes the location of the problem..
