when we age, the vessels harden, and it is normal to have a slightly highish BP, but my dad was slightly above that line... -

have to take care lor... and have the BP checked monthly... my dad is a little bit paranoid, so he checked his 4 times daily... he has the machine.. though it may be rather inaccurate, but I often when I am free offer to check with the sphygmomanometer (the mercury one)Originally posted by alfagal:ya same as my dad ar.

I am back. Feel better now. Oh, alfagal, maybe once when I have time and you too, I consult you. Not because of myself but becasue of someone who was once the most wonderful person I have ever met and now changing into an a...hole, really a different person...

Oh, talking about parents.
Mine are still "young", mom not even 50. But they already have health problems, mom due to stress. Once I stayed by her instead of going for seminars and cared for her when she took by mistake overdosis of pills against hypertension and that almost killed her. I was really scared I wouldn't be able to help her. -
