Fried rice overpriced

1 plate of fried rice cost around $3.50 to $4.00 from the Zi Char stall
This is the most overpriced food.
There is not much ingredients except for a few eggs, char siew, prawn.
Eat already also not full.
They should sell for only $2 a plate

Maybe it could be 2 but they are frying it for 3 plates of fried rice.

$4.00 A few eggs. around 2 eggs, cost $0.70
har siew x1 cost $0.40
prawn x1 cost $0.90
Rice- $0.50
Total for Ingredients = $2.50
Gas- $0.20
Rent- $0.50
Clean and clear your table and plates- $0.30
Pay for the hawker for cooking- $0.50
total for this things- $1.60
So the total will be $4.10
