Kopitiam card payment

  i ordered malay food and wanted to make payment with my kopitiam card which entitle me to a 10% discount.

  but the vendor told me to pay cash or pay a higher price.

  if thats the case have kopitiam card for what?

  dun eat tt stall loh yday I oso gt prob with the top up machine. keep spitting out my 10dollar note.

  the problem is the chinese mee hoon stall also like that.

  i think the stall holders at this specific food court cannot agree with kopitiam's discount policy.
