greedy property buyers

  2 All Learned Friends Singaporean,

  I am very sorry to express my point of view ,Some Singaporean too greedy to make fast money by (Buying,and,Selling HDB flat to PR of Second Citizen of Singapore).Therefore, Some fellow greedy Singaporean forgetten their future children cant afford to purchase (HDB FLAT) 5 Years time onwards.

  Since ,Singapore independence, Public Housing only for fellow Singaporean,Not for (PR Second Citizen of Singapore).PR Second Citizen of Singapore),they can afford to come to singapore,They  should purchase private property,Should not purchase resale of (HDB FLAT),From Open Market,To all real Estate House Agents,Too Greedy to make fast money from the close deal of sale.All agent too forgetten their future children, Will be left behind to purchase dream home in 5 years time onwards.

  Pls, Do not mentioned in future -( 1Singapore,1 Nation,1 People)It's all bulshit.

  I am very sorry to express my point of view all my learned friends singaporean

  All (PR ,AND, HOUSE AGENT ARE BLOOD SUCKER).

  It's not about greedy lah...I think its a buyers' market....as long as there are buyers, there will be people willing to sell their houses at exorbitant prices!

  Check out the open market prices for (3rm) AMK old HDB flats.....S$350K to S$480K !!!!

  AMK good location, the flats built tt time are bigger than the nostril-sized BTOs now
  
  we just need a few foreigners to offer cash and willing to get chop carrot head (bcos desp to get a house) and spoil market

  Like I'd said, the foreigners cause the HDB prices to rise to exorbitant prices....they are virtually no Singaporean buyers....all new immigrants or new PRs....
