As late as 2004, when you take a public bus, take an MRT trip, walk down the streets of Singapore, you would still see majority of people are Singaporeans.
Those times are long gone.
After 6 years of Lee Hsien Loong rule, everything has changed. Everywhere now is nothing but foreigners.
It is completely impossible to step outside of your house and not meet a foreigner.
This is totally not possible.
Do you miss the old Singapore with no foreigners everywhere?
Yes. These days I dun feel like going out. I rather stay at home. I used to love going out. Ever since June 2009, I am feeling like a foreigner in my own country.
I went to Johor that day, City Square, and felt for once like a Singaporean again. From the service staff to customers shopping there... Maybe one should go there, have a walk and feel that City Square is more "Singapore" than any other shopping mall in Singapore these days.
I feel so demoralised when going out, everywhere are foreigners.
Don't know how these PAP fuckers think. They don't care about Singapore at all.
PAP are like traitors to Singapore.

I miss the older Singapore with only the Malay Tengku and Stamford Raffles.
Oh I almost forgot to mention the cute pet Lion on the beach.
I can't remember the transition period where the only foreigners I meet was the Roti Prata seller. I've got nothing much against them of course but sometimes, some of them like to stare and behave oddly.

foreignersore.............. ha ha ha ha ha..................
we are all foreigners of different colours here in a foreign land long ago as our forebears had cultivated a new future...
it will be the new immigrants recycling that history ... better roll up our sleeves for hard work...
What PAPist did was to roll back Sunkapore progress, we have to start from ground zero again, low pay and hellish jobs with only few in high and fortunate positions. Kudos to the PAPist for doing such an evil trick, this is nothing short of a citizen genocide.

The problem is I cannot afford to go to Malaysia. My father is earning a low wage as security guard.I need passport to go to JB.
Pre 2004: No such rules as no eating and drinking allowed and no cellphones allowed and cellphones at that time is sms and calling only and music at that time is still bubblegum pop and now is hardcore music and iphones.
Spore need to move with the times.
Is spore still remains or stop, spore will not be able to catch up.
The only problem is govt is too open to foreigners coming in to spore to work. Too lax, no strict control, making foreigners feel easy to come here. Spore becoming no value.
