good idea. next time only pay until 1/4 cost of the sofa, so ask courts cut the sofa into 1/4 and take back the 3/4 to be fair.

So angry till my English becum broken.
I'm also angry wif my friend. Told him already,shop at Courts must wait for me. In the end, he alone go in & kena psycho by the sales ppl to sign "installment" for a mini-tv & computer!
I was shock when he show me the invoice that states he buy both items total $1200 but ends up paying almost 6 grands!!!!!!
The saleman say cannot cancel it, but i ask my friend to hold on first & dun accept anything fr them yet.
Now my friend dunno wat to do & i dun want him to pay such extorbant $$$. It is Madness!
I need to check if any you guys here got an answer to this?

You dono whats instalment ? Means every month pay money ? So what about the 1.2k now. If you haven pay money, you can reject the deal. But once the deal is made.... abit hard...

As for the how it became 2100 instead of $1200, fr the invoice i guess it those "extra warranties & services.
Now i just need to check wif my friend's nephew who use to work there as promoter.

Before festival comes, go get new sofa set, refrigerator on instalment.
Then don't pay instalment and wait for them to repossess after festival.
Cheaper than rental.

They repo yr things, you still hv to pay up the full sum in case you haven't know.
This is how the law in SG works for these Co.
They never make you pay for their lawyers very tiou chio already!
