Why shops that overcharge still in business?

  i bought an air con remote last week at tampines central for $18.

  a shop at st 32 quoted me $45 for the same thing.

  is it true most people dont compare prices before making purchases?

  most ppl dun bother going around to compare price... some believed the effort and time and money spend going ard isn't worth the difference...

  and of coz, we have those tat simply dun bothered and those who are too rich and too lazy...

  Because they are not reported to CASE / these shops went laws' loopholes that can save their arse.
