Very Unhappy with vPost

  Hi all, it has gotten so frustrated that I decided that I should spread this and warn anyone who may end up like me. Very unhappy about their service. Please see full details under my link.

  ive used vpostUSA about 20+ times and so far no major problems
  except got 1 time the payment gateway c0ck up
  i alerted vpost tt the transaction went thru but i receive no acknowledgement
  in a few days, they replied and told me it's considered PAID
  i oso alerted my bank the transaction did not go thru successfully
  and the bank replied me and said the transaction is VOID
  so i got fwee shipping that time. hurhur~
  
  other complain is the volumetric weight calculation
  which can pump the shipping fee to sky high even though it's oni for a few items
  must always instruct the seller/merchant to pack as compact as possible, even better if they dun use box

  I used vPostUSA once. Took damn blooody long to process and deliver my stuff. So I stopped using it.

  i usually receive within a week after i paid.
