Confused & Frustrated!!!
Shopping at Novena Square on the 31 Oct. 2009 (Sat.)...
Accidentally left my mobile (bought two weeks ago...) in the toilet. After came out from the ladies my mum called my friend said that my handphone lost.
Becoz the person who found my HP called my mum and promise to return my mobile. I was so... touched..., as the person passed her mobile no. to my mum. Immediately, i made a dial to my mobile no....it's off...
I tried to contact the person who called my mum, i got through the no. but no answer. Her mobile turned off too... when i called again.
I knew she changed her mind most probably or there was a third party when she discovered my HP so she made the call to my mum. Or just pretending... I used the mobile no. for 5yrs and all my contacts are in there. So I SMS the person said to reward if she can return my HP.
No reply... Still off... Voice mail... for my no. and hers....
I was depressed and reported to 999.
I glanced the person who entered the toilet cubical which I came out from in the toilet but could not confirm, policeman confirmed the two person from CCTV. A mother with a daughter...
Two hrs later…Police transcript done, all things done.
Investigator is tracking her mobile no. and my mobile ID... Hope there is a chance to reunion with my HP...
But it really makes me angry and confused!~~~
Should we blame someone for not including a "left behind detector-alarm" in the toilet cubicle ?
Lessons to be learnt -
1. Never leave mobile phone out of the usual storage space when in the loo
2. Always check if you have left anything behind before leaving the loo - many have the habit of not flushing
3. If you are not the type that has the skills to handle multi-tasks, don't attempt to do more then one thing at a time.
4. For one hundred per cent certainty, suspend the phone with a neck-strap - it helps to keep it within reach and makes a fashion statement.
5. Warning - you will need a strong neck to withstand a "snatch and run" attempt.
Atobe: Very rational conclusion...
Wish you could apply that one day...
1. I am only taking out my anger;
2. No conclusion neede from anyone;
3. I do not believe you will do the same as you said when u are the one in it.
