Riders are exactly just that - they just ride the bike and send your order to your house. Full stop. You seriously think that they enjoy being the ones who get all the complaints in the face?
You want to blame someone, blame the operators for not reading your order properly enough. Or the packers who mixed up your order with someone else's order.
Finally, does the fact that the rider is a Mat make a difference to you?

It is the operator's fault.... the one who took down your orders.
Anyway yday they did not give me fries when it was included in my order.... just call back and tell them lor.
And also, CHECK your stuffs before the rider leave la.
