How to teach this rude auntie a lesson?

  There is this bookshop in Chai Chee at Blk 26 or 27, the shop owner which is an auntie is very rude to her customers. I have a few incidents with her already and I really feel like giving her a lesson.

   

  There were once I went to her shop to photocopy some documents and I was in a hurry to rush to school. She was talking on the phone(I think its her personal phonecalls) and I waited in front of her for a few mins, she did not even signalled to apologise to keep me waiting. And when she finally put down the phone, she did not attend to me!! I was like WTH.. she was talking to her maid.. I was going to go crazy alr as I was in a hurry. I was so angry that I walked out of the shop and she finally shouted, "Xiao mei.. ni yao zhou she me?" I did not even answer her back and walked out of the shop.

   

  Then there is another incident, I went to her shop to photocopy some documents again. I have no choice since there is only 1 book shop near my house. I gave her one stack of notes to photocopy n her photocopy machine is very lousy lor..there was always paper jam and she made all my documents in a mess and everything was not in order! Also, outside ppl charge 5cents for one paper, she charges 10 cents lor.. so ex n so lousy. After a long wait, finally she finished photocopying... she quickly collected the money for the notes and the pen which I bought for her. She just left my pen and the notes in a mess on the table.. she did not even help me put nicely in a plastic bag or what lor and she went to serve another customer. I was SSOOO damn angry..

   

  I really feel like going in her shop again n give her a good scolding .. i cannot stand such rude person. I think she thinks that im just a student n she did not show any respect to me.

  I can understand your fustration but because I am the type who doesn't care the hell of other people, I will just let them rot and not patronise their shop anymore. I am willing to walk further up to another shop instead.

  Service is very critical in Singapore, especially in today environment where there are plenty of shops and even net shopping, if she got that bad services, sooner or later, she is going to see red on her proift and loss statement.

  Let me teach you how to get back @ her... 1) take an unwanted doc, ask her photocopy 100 sets, when she's finishing the last few sets, just walk out without paying. :lol: or 2) when paying, just drop the money (exact change) on the counter, let some drop to the floor. Then walk out.

  This type of people dont know how to do business, you should tell her nicely at least once, say that she should up her service....if she bo hil you, then dont patronize her already, let business become lousier and lousier until she cannot earn money & get out of business.
