cannot alway collect drink
must support over time if not will get warning litter
no smoking break
at all time must alway stick at your work station
no increament
give u peanut pay
entitle 14 day mc but if u take more then 4 or 5 day will affect your performance then they will cut your increament
employer tell u if u don't want to support overtime then he can asked u to leave because there alot of people waiting outside the company gate wanting to join the company.....

American MNC (in Singapore) I work in, as long as you finish your job and projects on time,
can go toilet anytime
over time will get paid
smoking break can take
no need all time stick at your work station
yearly increment + variable bonus, except that it's cut during recession
give u peanut pay is of course; I aim for >5 figures
entitled 18 day mc (21 days if more than 3 years at work, can take as long as you can finish your work/project on time

From experience, Caucasians makes the best managers & employers because they put welfare as 1st priority while Asians tend to take welfare as last priority. The core values are totally different.
Caucasians also believe in quality over quantity. Most Asian employers especially the Chinese just take the cheapest employment available & just whack the sales & production volume unless there complains regarding quality control.
Which makes us Asians look very short sighted on goal setting.
