entitle 14 day mc but if u take more then 4 or 5 day will affect your performance then they will cut your increament
employer tell u if u don't want to support overtime then he can asked u to leave because there alot of people waiting outside the company gate wanting to join the company.....

From experience, Caucasians makes the best managers & employers because they put welfare as 1st priority while Asians tend to take welfare as last priority. The core values are totally different.
Caucasians also believe in quality over quantity. Most Asian employers especially the Chinese just take the cheapest employment available & just whack the sales & production volume unless there complains regarding quality control.
Which makes us Asians look very short sighted on goal setting.
