Singapore General Hospital no efficiency at all

  My mom was referred to sgh this morning due to a possible occurrence of stroke. She was supposed to have a ct scan but till now, nothing had been done yet. I'm still stuck in sgh and there is no telling when the wait is over.

  i been there done that plenty of times.
  
  if u go make noise, the missy will say, this is cheng hoo hospital. if u no want to wait, go to si jing one loh.

  finally after more than 10 hours, they decided to ward my mother. Don't allow my mom to eat even though she had not eaten for whole day. Had to wait for doc. But no where to be seen.

  still many pple insist on going there..

  plz, if you wish to activate 995 for emergency ambulance, we're only able to send you to the nearest govt hospital..

  otherwise, make use of the 1777 hotline..

  1777 is the hotline for the non-emergency ambulances..

  SGH patients are divided into subsidized patients and private patients. Subsidized patients always have to wait long, long. Sigh.

  The senior doctors ie registrar, associate consultant, senior consultant doctors have all gone home and there is one or two junior doctors ie doctors who have just graduated or on housemanship ie one more year to graduation and this one or two doctors have to look after many wards of patients.
