How about... love people and noodles, use things, never the other way round. Do you go to the market on your own? Actually I prefer supermarketing... but how do you cook your pork liver? I boiled it and then made my own sauce with wine+soysauce+blackvinegar+aweebitofsugar... and coriander. My mom will usually stir-fry it with ginger and something else...

yah. i go to the market on my own. none of my friends want to wake up so early to go with me. and plus, they'd rather buy their groceries at the supermarket. tsk! =( some friends...
the kind of market i go to is the local farmer's market. that means farmers sell their goods here.i dont cook liver =P i only eat them when other pple cook them...hehe. my mom usually fries it too. in huge chunks. so good!! *need to find s drooling emoticon* or slice and boil in soup. =P your sauce sounds good...!

erm...yes. stir fry.
i know she marinades it first. and then fries with ginger. but i dont know what she marinades them with >.<my mom is back in singapore! i'm here alone now! this shows how long it's been since i've talked to you =|
the market is really interesting!! i believe you'll like it =P they all cool vegs and fruits. as in...they come in odd shapes/colours/sizes. haha. and they have home-made cheeses and gelato too! and BREADS/pastries!! and other stuff
