  Maybe coz he is one of those social outcasts...u know the type who quarrel with ppl everywhere he goes....and the type where ppl will pinpoint him when he starts a post lol.....after all it is not everyday ppl get to quarrel with one of the elderly.....

  I'm only thinking, why must use sit-up bench to train abs for IPPT

  There are so many different ways to train.
  e.g.
  Hang on Chin up bar and do knee raises
  Position yourself on the parallel bar and do knee raises as well
  Sit on a normal bench, balance yourself on the edge, and tuck in your legs
  Simply do planks
  Use the floor and do crunches, sissors kick, bicycle

  Another way to get her off the bench....

  Hang a tidbit over her head and lure her away from the bench as shown in the cartoons...

  That way, she has her tidbit and you, your bench

  Last time I threaten to bash up a old lady who talk to my wife rudely for no reason.

  She just become a timid mice and walk away! Luckily she walked away fast enough or else she will really get it.

  Against this type of old rude idiots , no need to be courteous. Just threaten to whack them and they will keep quiet. They only act nia. They are old and weak if really get into a fight, see who will get kill first!
