Flu attack..... again.

  As above. I've come down with the flu again.

  Runny nose (yellow mucus) + bad sore throat. I hope it wouldn't get any worse.

  I have the 15km Passion Run on Sunday. Hope I would have recovered by then.

  Aiyoh.... I already paid for the run leh.

  I've already gone to pick up my running singlet for that event.

  I haven't taken part in a competitive road run in a long, long time..... I want to finish the Passion Run as training for the AHM in August leh.....

  A 15km run training fro AHM ... sounds abit too early ???
  But dun worry, alot of ppl complete their runs in that condition ...
