I wanted to print out the first draft of my thesis. Already printed out the main body... just the appendix (87 pages) left to print.
I went to the Engin faculty's printing room.... the printers had an error printing the appendix even though I already split up the printing into three batches of 30 pages each....
I went to the Central Library..... long queue.
I went to the Business library.... and get this... the computers here DON'T HAVE MICROSOFT OFFICE!!!!
What the....
any other way ?
print page by page .....
me always go AS7 one.
Back in my lab in Engin. Went from Lab => Engin printing room => Central Library => Biz-Ad Library => Lab. Basket.....
I'll try sending the appendix in smaller batches to the Engin printing room.... say 10 pages each.
If this fails, then I'll beg my prof to just accept the soft copy for him to vet. After all, this is just the first draft.
What I find incredible was that the Biz-Ad library's computers didn't have MS Office. The computers were not those 'Library Info' computers.... they were there for the students to use, and they were attached to a network printer.
I mean.... most students would use those computers to print out PDF, Powerpoint, and MS Word files leh..... how can those computers NOT have MS Office?!?!
