Neighbour asked my brother to catch cat!

Yesterday , my next door neighbour wake up my brother who was sleeping asking for help to bring the cat out of his flat that had sneaked in.
Weird cause we're living quite high more than 8 floors above.,,
And worse is that the neighbours are 3 boys and 1 had went thru NS citing fear of cats....we have betrayed our kampung heritage and distance too far from animalsto the extent of fear -
cats can go up even 12 stories at my old house

cats can really jump.........floor to floor if they have something to hold on to...........ive seen a cat travel to different floors before
