On the eve on CNY at 4.30pm, I received a parking fine for parking overtime. Damn, can't they relax as it was the eve of CNY and everyone is going back for reunion dinner.

Hope u just whine here la. But the end of the day, pls realise it is still yr fault. They have no obligation to relax.
Just imagine u tell this to policemen. 'It's CNY eve, can't they relax a bit on all criminal?' LOL..

Sorry bro, they are just doing their job.They are actually more heavily loaded with more work on public holidays. Bcoz more non-residential cars come in and park all over the place.
Parking overtime fines shd be lesser than no parking coupon or illegal parking bah.
