PayPal SUCKS TO THE CORE!!!

I had completed a small web project for 20 USD about a week ago for a client who turned out to be a bastard in disguise. He paid through PayPal and a few days later, a temporary hold on the transaction was imposed. PayPal requested for more information regarding it, but a few form fields were regarding the buyer's shipping process and the proof of it. I was like, wtf? It's a digital goods, specfically a web script. What address do you want? Universe, Milky Way, Earth? I even gave them his Skype username which is the only contact info I have of him, plus the URL where he posted his project.
Then just today, PayPal came back with an e-mail saying "Our investigation is now complete and we have returned the funds to the PayPal account holder." I thought the "account holder" refers to me. The sigh of relief was for nothing. I went to look around PayPal for more info and they don't provide any way for users to appeal against a reversal. Instead, they showed me this message on the Transaction Details page, "For your protection, this payment has been reversed and the transaction cancelled. Our investigation is complete, thank you for your cooperation." More like for the protection of your Scammers' Alliance, ShitPal. What kind of message is this? Luo jing xia shi ah? Knnccb.
Then about that asshole. On both occasions, after the imposition of the funds and the reversal, he was offline on Skype. I hope that asshole gets robbed and gay-raped when he goes out for celebration in this upcoming New Year's Day. -

You can call up and report this to Paypal. So far i have no problems with transactions.

Not sure, but his Skype profile states that he's from Kaunas, United States. The next person who says that the Chinese are the most cunning people in the world deserves to be robbed and gay-raped as well.

I don't think it helps. I have Googled for similar cases and PayPal couldn't care much unless you have proof from the shipping company that the goods was delivered and signed. But what can I do for a digital goods? Tell Skype to e-mail PayPal a copy of the chat logs and the file transfer event? I'm just wondering what happens next, now that I have a negative balance for the PayPal account that had the reversal. (I always empty that account whenever money is received to another account of mine.) I found a related topic regarding a similar incident, and the victim happened to be another Singaporean as well.

But I'm guessing they would reverse the transaction where I sent the money to another PayPal account. Any idea about this? -
Thats the grey part of paypal...but always do transactions with people you trust.

But due to the nature of my work, payments have to take place online. Does anyone here know of a good PayPal alternative that can accept payments from PayPal and allow withdrawal of money to a SG bank account? How about MoneyBookers? Negative balance they will deduct from your bank account linked to the credit card registered with paypal. This kind of unfortunate incident is fairly common when dealing with usa customers. Paypal is biased towards their own country people with regards to "grey" areas. With regards to switching provider, just keep in mind that most people use paypal. Thanks for the advice. It's rather unfortunate that PayPal is exploiting their monopoly of the online payment market to do whatever they like to. Anyway, I have two PayPal accounts, and the one with the negative balance is not linked to any bank account. You just got scammed US$20... I got scammed US$2000 from chargebacks on my business over the last 3 months, my advise, don't use PayPal, they only help the buyers EVEN IF the sellers are the honest guys.

By the way, I have provided PayPal with all the shipping invoice and information which they needed from me, all the evidence is there but no, they still side with the scammers. Some service providers can be really inflexible sometimes. It's like they let computers do the thinking for them.
