u dunno malay sell to malay cheaper and other people more expensive meh?Originally posted by Spartans:
Everyone knows the paslar malam Ramily burger costs $2.50 each.
Today I walked past a paslar malam and decided to buy a beef burger for lunch. The stall was mended by two Malay guys. Fyi, the guy before me paid $12.50 for 5 burgers obviously $2.50 each. But I have bought Ramily burgers(at different paslar malams) before and I know the price.
Then when my burger was done, I paid one of them with a $10 note. Then he went around asking other stallholders for change or something ( but to no avail). Then he returned me $7 as change.
$7 change!!!??? That mean my burger is $3. Then I asked him burger $3 arh, they gave me stupid smiles and said yes yes. Curse these 2 stupid cheating morons. Think that I am an idiot or what. So easily to be cheated.
Dun have enough change just tell me honestly la. Dun lie to me. I hate dishonest people. Fcuking liars.
The reason why I decided not to argue with them was that my $10 was already in their money pail. Even the person qeueing behind me gave me a 'oh bro u had being cheated' look.
I will never buy from these 2 morons again.

Come on whats your point? Why do the non-chinese in Sg always get discriminated huh? So does it mean that chinese stall sells chicken rice to a chinese for 2 dollars and 3 dollars to an indian whos behind him and has bought exactly what the chinese has huh? Or do you see indians selling prata to indians for 30cents and to others for 60cents? Get your facts right before you post such stuff here. You think anybody would wanna bring down their profits simply because their client is of their own race?

Sure. The pasar malam is just beside Yee Tew MRT station. The first stall when you walk out of the MRT station.Originally posted by spike_jose:dey, today u got go back the pasar malam and buy? i saw my colleague in PS eating it, and remind me of u buying the burger.

Hence it is NOT a case of Malay stallholder charging Malay customers cheaper.
Rarrr this is not a racist thread.
not me ar.... just that I hate people who like to quote law to others like they are lawyers but they are not.Originally posted by 798:sign...
some pple here r funny as they can get pretty work up for slight of small issue n turn tis into racist or gender war.
it would have rested and nothing would have happened. And no, the post had no racism intended, you included it.Hmm im surprised.
somewhere where there is only chinese, which again, you are promoting racism.Ironic
Did I say you were not quoting? Your mastery of the English Language is not very good in my opinion.Originally posted by anfieldheroez:you sure have some court fetishes cos no way i said im a lawyer and if u dont know,i QUOTED something,i DIDNT write that and said its mine did i? Ironic
Try being in the shoes of a non-chinese and if you didn't feel the sting, then i guess you are god.
