lets face it lah fren, u singaporeans are unfriendly, selfish bunch of fuk head bastards tats always relying on the govt to tell u wat to do. u got no conscience huh???
u guys jus pissed me off. go jerk urself
she was pissed off thats why she typed that. sometimes people say words in the fit of anger which they do not really mean to do.Originally posted by crosshairs:It's a broken heel. She did not break her ankle, she was not in pain. The shop was not far away. And she was being a total bitch by insinuating that she had the right to hit the girl because she didn't help. I do not have any sympathy for such characters, and I urge people here not to misplace their sympathies. Similarly if a wheelchair bound guy became verbally abusive if a request for help by him was turned down, I would have given him a piece of my mind too.
Read the title of the thread. Some people really deserve to have their heels broken. Stupid woman. Curses don't work.
What was it that did not sound right coming out of her mouth? I thought it sounded logical.Originally posted by morningglory:she was pissed off thats why she typed that. sometimes people say words in the fit of anger which they do not really mean to do.
even if the gal think it is not necessary to buy the shoes for her and she can just walk, she can just tell nicely right?
i have my own personal encounter recently which makes me feel upset and that i have to at least give a piece of my mind here in this forum to tell u folks that this situation is very real. if u have read a few pages away, i was telling u about my own experience and this is even worse than what TS has gone through...Originally posted by nehpyh:Bro/sis Outsider,
Help versus being independent.
Snob was NOT injured. At most, her broken shoe only inconvenient her. When do you offer help?
People use discretion when offering help. And in this case, Snob's 'predicament' is not convincing enough to warrant any help to some people. take a look at this thread and you can see that it's not clear cut.
And it's hasty to generalize Singaporean. If TS dictates others not to judge her, then how can we generalize and judge Singaporean?
I do not know Snob but from her replies here, she has painted an ugly, double-standard, self-centered, snob of herself, IMHO.
if you want to talk about prima deli, go to the existing thread.Originally posted by crosshairs:Oh, but I digress......
Prima deli. SO who used to patronise them? Anyone got food poisoning from that case?
The woman broke her heel not her leg, she was not in tears, she was not in pain, she was merely inconvenienced, and she displayed a tendency towards using violence. There is a significant difference.Originally posted by outsider77:i have my own personal encounter recently which makes me feel upset and that i have to at least give a piece of my mind here in this forum to tell u folks that this situation is very real. if u have read a few pages away, i was telling u about my own experience and this is even worse than what TS has gone through...
i personally helped a lady who dislocated her knee cap after she fell on the floor. and yet no passerby would even be concerned or offer to help her. they saw her and jus walked away, like she wasnt even there....
i walked up to her as she was sitting on the floor facing her back at me. initially i tot to myself tat this lady mus be crazy to be sitting in the middle of no where. as i passed by her i could see her tears running down her cheek and she was very much in agony. without hesitation i called the ambulance. while i was waiting there, absolutely no one (passerby) bothers to lend a helping hand. what more in TS situation!! i have to wait and try to soothe her cos during that time the pain reali kicks in. 15mins later, the ambulance came and took her away.
mind that we were at the underpass and there isnt any phone reception available. i had to ran outside jus to make the call. imagine that she cant even call for help even if she wans to. (before u make any comments, in this situation we dont have to ask for strangers to help, strangers should offer help out of their own kindness)
i have nothing against singaporean people (mind that my mum is a singaporean) but i just feel sad if it were to happen to me. i would suggest people here should be more civic minded and kind enough to lend a helping hand to strangers. dun u think God wans us to be kind to others regardless who is the person??
believe me, after i helped the person i reali felt good about myself. think about it....arent i making logical sense here?
No, I want to talk about it here.Originally posted by huiz:if you want to talk about prima deli, go to the existing thread.

i dunno if you are dumb or what, if there is people who want to talk about prima deli, will they click on this thread from the title?Originally posted by crosshairs:No, I want to talk about it here.
No, incidentally that someone who wants to talk about Prima deli will not search for such a title. He or she will choose to start a discussion, such as in this case, from yours truly, me.Originally posted by huiz:i dunno if you are dumb or what, if there is people who want to talk about prima deli, will they click on this thread from the title?
And I think for someone who attempts to discuss common sense, you are being exceedingly rude.Originally posted by huiz:i dunno if you are dumb or what, if there is people who want to talk about prima deli, will they click on this thread from the title?
