It's no joke here when the lift stops and instead of getting us out asap, the stupid operator tried to ask for our names (FOR WHAT?), and then identified 13 fucking people in the lift when there were only 6 (through CCTV he claims).
And when we got pissed off and raised our voices a little to get our urgency across, the bastard told us to enjoy ourselves and left us at there and changed shift! -
wow !! haha. 1hr is quite long lol. but what can they say ? i bet they just wanna say positive things lol.

Put yourself in his shoes. If you are the lift operator and suddenly the lift malfunctions, trapping a bunch of people inside, you would feel stressed up and try to rectify things asap wouldn't you? You were making it no less easier on the operator. And as you have already mentioned, he was trying to help you, but you didn't give your full cooperation.
And of course, there would surely be a reason behind him asking for your name. He wouldn't ask for it because he boliao right? -
