Really want to scream at them liao!
Repair finish never call me, made me wait like an idiot for 2 months!
Had I not check at the repair status page, I wouldn't have known. -
next time exercise your rights, if yours still under warranty, there's the 2 hour express service they call it.
fix it within 2 hours or delivery it to you within the next 8 hours.
Good selling point everytime i sell computer. -

Anyway, they say motherboard spoilt + no more motherboard stock, so will take some time.
So that 2 hours is not enough. -

Acer is good as in, they reduced the price as low as possible and give you specs as high as possible. Last time I work in Hewlett Packard, all repairs are standard 3-5 working days.
If parts no stock, the most is up to two weeks only... -
Compaq is rubbish. Their laptops are very gimmicky and the build quality is awful.
Their Desktops when they first came out was rubbish. I decided not to buy compaq and managed to hold off doing so until about a decade later. Then I bought a compaq laptop. It is shit.
Never again. -
