Bus broke down

  knn, i was on my way home travelling in a service no 9 bus.
  
  it broke down. we were told to board the next service no 9 bus. but the BC doesnt seem to know if we should scan our ezlink card or not.

  Should scan your card when you alight and normally they would issue you a tix to prove that you were on board the bus when it broke down so you can hop on the next bus for free.
