EEE I dont like to write GP essay

got a gp essay due tomorrow and im still stuck at the intro. got mental block, dont know what to write. whatever i write doesnt seem to flow into the essay. they are related but cant seem to fit them into the essay.
worse of all.the topic is on politics, something quite difficult to understand. keep switching windows to watch youtube. the topic's "Good government requires the courage to make unpopular decisions" ahhhh
think ill have to stay up tonight. anyone can help me?

give alternate views.. like Dubbya wading into Iraq..
argue it like "not all the time"
and give views which proved the title..
then say "there is no one-size-fits-all" -

but writing gp essay still sucks -
I know tt feeling.. I nv really did GP hw last time.. but somehow still manage to get a reasonable grade n get myself exempted in Uni..

When handling such discussive essays, just follow the basic structure and you won't get stuck:-
1. Define/explain key words,eg in your example, define "good", "government", "popular/unpopular"
2. Explain what the pertinent issues of your topic are and your stand, if any
3. Conclusion - reiterate your stand -agree/diagree with the motion
For every point made, illustrate with examples and/or state your authority
Keep it simple mah...... You are not writing a narrative essay for which an intricate plot might score you marks!
It is how logical and eloquently you express your ideas and communicate to the reader that score you the marks! Good luck!
