Arghx! I have enough of their service liao!
Everynight the same thing will happened. The network signal is lost, then ask me to call the stupid number.
The problem only appears at night! During the day, I have no problem with the tv..
Because of this, I have missed serveral of my favourtie documentary shows..
NB! Tomorrow I'm going to write a as5-kicking complaint email to their CSO!
If the damn fcuking problem persist, I'll cancel my other paid channel!~
Even if they say sorry also no use.. Must explain why! -

I got this same problem a month back. The only difference is that my picutre quality is very bad and has much flickering.
SCV sent 1 guy down to change the box set.
Sidetrack;
They also tried to cheat my dad of his money. Saying that the box is considered dmg (*once broken considered sold* kind of reason) because there's ONLY a few droplets white paint on the box (removable using thinner), moments later my dad exploded...
Anyway, the morale of the story is make sure the boxset is clean before handing back to them, if they replace a new 1 for u . -

Can I complain about Starhub Mobile here?
My colleague and I have absolutely no reception at my workplace. We called Starhub a few times regarding this matter and they came down to check on the connection. Then, the technician verified that there's no coverage around the area and told us that they can't do anything about it. The worst thing is.. my neighbour ( people along the same street) faced the same problem and they fixed it for them- apparently, they restored connection or rectify the problem at their premises. Why can't SH do the same for us? It's infuriating as I just signed two 2-yr contracts a few months ago!
Any advice on how to get them to do something about it? I've emailed them but they didn't reply me! -
