I'll salvage the lenses and replace the frame. This means that I may have to choose a slightly smaller frame, but bo pian... at least I'll save money that way.

Basket.... these specs lasted me just one year in the civillian world. In contrast, my old pair of specs went through Pasir Laba, Ama Keng, Marsiling, Thailand, and a whole lot of other hostile jungle environments for several years without failing me.
