Pork Knuckles (Ter Kah)

  walau, the price keep increasing.
  
  it used to be $5 a few yrs ago, then it increased to $8. i patronised again 2 weeks ago and its $12.
  
  the stall holder claimed its more meaty. frankly i dont see any difference.
  
  this is the last time i patronise him.

  thats how they put it in hokkien.
  
  according to the vendor knuckles is the portion slightly higher on the trotters.
  
  afaik, the german version uses knuckles instead of trotters.
