  very busy with school lately.. thinking alot abt personal stuff also.. caught a flu also.. keep coughing.. damn fan la.. get irritated very easily also... i think its PMS T_T

  These ails are symptomatic of STRESS. Think you'be probably been thinking about your diverse "problems" all at the same time when you should be breaking them up/isolating each one so that each becomes more manageable....
  
  At times like these, you may want to take your foot off the accelerator and just chill out. Plenty of rest will help to recharge your mental and physical batteries so that you'll be in better shape to take on the world!
