self pwned when i was making supper last night

  wanted to have a prata... so i took out a piece of instant prata from the chiller section of my fridge.
  
  it was rather cold, so i decided to thaw it a little before cooking, coz i was afraid if i didnt thaw n just throw the whole frozen instant prata into the pan, the surface of the prata would be brown n crisp but the inside is still hard n cold.
  
  so i chuck it an instant prata into the microwave oven. with the plastic covering still intact. set it to medium heat for half a minute. it came out warm. perfect, or so i thought.
  
  ok then i heat up the frying pan with a little bit of oil. i was going to throw the instant prata into the pan but it was stuck to one side of the plastic sheet! damn!
  
  then i was trying to push the prata outta the plastic sheet so it would land plop into the pan. but it woudn't budge. my fingers got sticky coz i was trying to pry the prata out of the plastic sheet. and then outta carelessness, i dropped the whole thing into the hot pan! that gooey prata dough plus one side of the plastic sheet...! shit!
  
  i then quickly use the spatula to rescue the prata. by then, the plastic sheet clinging to the prata got a little burnt. n there was burnt plastic residue on the pan.
  
  damn! i had to bring the pan to the sink n pour water for it to cool down before scrubbing the burnt plastic off. so troublesome, waste my time. n then had to dry the pan before bringing it back to the stove.
  
  as for the prata, i quickly remove the slightly burnt plastic sheet n i was thinking should i still cook the prata or throw it away? coz there might be some burnt plastic on the prata n i wouldnt wanna get cancer.
  
  but i decided heck care, dun think got burnt plastic on the prata dough.
  
  n so i turn on the heat n threw the prata dough into the pan. my fingers got gooey as a result. n the prata didnt land perfectly flat. got a little fold n i had to press it flat.
  
  haiya, i should have cooked prata like what i did the last time; take the frozen prata n throw it into the hot pan without thawing. then like this it wont cling onto the plastic sheet. coz when the prata dough gets thawed it will get gooey n sticky n will certainly cling to the plastic sheet.
  
  then i was keeping the rest of the instant prata pack back into the fridge, i looked behind at the cooking instructions, n true enough, in capital letters, it says "DO NOT DEFROST"
  
  damn, i shouldve listen to instructions in future.
