  Being shouted at and scolded by rude and unreasonable customers is part and parcel of customer service. Whatever that polarsnake has had to encounter can pretty much apply to any job that involves customer service.
  
  At the end of the day.... just make sure that it's not your own fault that they're rude and unreasonable.

  That's what I like about my superiors... they're pretty reasonable people.
