  If u can bare the pain.. or like me find the pain very shiok.. brush ur ulcers when u brush teeth.. brush until the "white layer" disappears n there is no more pain.. reallly.. u brush long enough no more pain.. but tt means u bleed liao.. but ur ulcer really heals faster.. no kidding..
