  bloody Plaza sing best denki...
  
  damn bad service...
  
  paid for a lcd tv 1 month ago...
  
  and until now it's not delivered...
  
  bloody salesman told me can deliver on the 20th april...
  
  that's y i bought the tv....
  
  then when 20th came....
  
  the tv was not delivered and best denki staff didnt even bother to inform me until i went down to ask abt the delay...
  
  then they told me today will deliver it to my place...
  
  but i waited n waited n waited and it's still not here yet...
  
  tmd... i had to reschedule my work twice to wait for the delivery...
  
  im gonna call up and complain tomorrow and ask for compensation..

  I would go down and request a refund and complain at the same time.
  
  You have the right to refund since it was not delivered.

  my fren bought a computer, tht time crash, it took them a few days to fix, ok, now, my fren having major hardware problem

  Write to them to their manager. Then politely ask for some voucher and some discount.
