well, it suks which is why i prefer to mind my own business most of the time.
on the other hand, one must ask why you did the deed. if you did it for the to treat you better than i guess you learnt a lesson.
if you did it cos you just wanted to help them, realise there are idiots out there that do not appreciate what others do for them. forget and move on
