  Short hair usually has the effect of making a girl look young(er). I dun think you would want to look any younger. The solution for long hair in this sweltering weather is to bun it up a la Singapore Girl which is pretty classy and I can imagine that it will suit you! The only downside to it is that it may be a lil' time consuming lor. But once you get the hang of bunning your hair, it should bcome a cinch for a pretty clever lass like you.......
