  heat always does that to people...
  
  i'm just dying of heat right now..
  
  keep drinking cold water but nothing seems to happen.. i don't even feel cooled down at all
  
  hope you're coping with the heat better than me
  
  heck! i'm even using the cool rub instead of the heat rub on my back

  i'm not really warm but i just feel very stuffy, like the air isn't moving even though the fan is blowing at me...

  i've given up.. turned on the airconditioner
  
  my back? i messed it up on sunday.. but it's muscular so a week of counterpain rub, i should be fine
  
  about the heat, i used to put the fan at the window so that it pulls air from outside the room in.. it's cooler.. but now, it's actually just as hot outside
