  when huh...i know that a day will be bad...
  
  i will erm...sleep in...
  even if it means skipping classes or just lock myself in the room all day...
  unless i have an exam or have an assignment to hand it...
  
  udon is the type that avoids stuff one...
  when i can avoid, i will avoid...

  engaging in some physical activity e.g. playing a ball game would help tremendously
  
  however, getting started and getting people to join you so suddenly is a problem.
