well, now my class has a new teacher taking over my place, so yesterday i tot i cud go on leave in peace. The moment i got back from singapore my phone started ringing with my students complaining abt the new teacher...
so i brought this matter up to my boss, then he said i have been pampering my students too much. then i said is it wrong for a teacher to explain things clearly to a student? cos this new teacher she is teaching from book. as in just read out sentence by sentence. no explanation given at all.
i said if he wants me to follow this method, no problem at all. but dun blame me if the students complain in the future.
suay suay kena scolded for putting in extra efforts to coach my students -

hmmm.. rainee hasn't been teaching for very long right? I guess when it comes to teaching, it takes time to develop a balanced style that will only require fine-tuning...
