Why can't employers state the salary range when advertising for a space in their company. Must waste time calling and enquiring about the pay first then decide...

aiya, most of the time i also encounter such situations when finding PT, but in the end the job still okok de.

not sure abt others
but i went for experience during my vacation jobs...
and these experiences gave me more room for negotiate abt my salary when i applied for my 1st job after sch...
i got a higher pay compared to my peers after graduation...
