My mother work in a aerospace industry.. Then today probation period reach ar, then she was tested.
In the 3 month probation period, her senior who was supposed to train her didnt do their job well. My mother complain to me that Those malaysian people always exploit her money. Something like coffee money or bribery tips. My mother didnt give the seniors money and so they teach her less lor.
Wed is the theory paper, then she dunno must of the question because the seniors NEVER TEACH
Then Today the practical test, is open book test. Then my mother say she dunno how to answer those questions..
Again.. THE SENIORS DIDNT TEACH. fcuk the seniors.. cb
Then after that, she went to complain to her manager (the seniors's head).
The Manager only listen to the senior side story and didnt gave my mother a chance to explain.
Then the manager went to the HR and tell the ppl there my mother is fired.
My mother went HR dept to go for a 'exit interview'. She explain the whole matter to them, but in the end, my mother was given two choices.
Resign or being Fired. Choose 1. My mother choosen the Resign.
I wish at that momet I can fcuk the manager and seniors.. NaBeiz.

I'm planning to work in the aerospace industry in the future after I graduate.
I hope it doesn't turn out the same way.

i rather exit the company quickly
who knows if there would be a bigger problem coming up -

I am sorry to hear about the bad news It was the right thing that she quitted or we wont know what will happen next and there are many other occupations for her besides working in the aerospace industry

Ok, jokes aside, like wad ah lau said, it might be a blessing in disguise.
Who knows whether they are "coffee-lovers"? They might be "drinking coffee" everyday.
