I duno if this works.. but try this.. press n massage the joining region between ur index finger n the thumb.. if it's the right of ur head aching.. massage the left hand.. n vice versa.

headache i think i heard b4 u can try to put a pail of warm water den put ur leg inside.

I'm sure there are some relaxation or meditation exercises out there that you can try but unfortunately I don't know any
The other alternative - distraction. Watch tv or something.
Or go take a warm shower -
have a nice bath and sleep. while you call someone else to help you buy panadol.
