  and dont take anything that will stop u from shiiting. it will prolonged the infection

  The last time I had food poisoning, I lost 2 kg within a single weekend.
  
  I would suggest switching to bland food until your condition gets better.
  
  And if you throw up easily after drinking water, limit yourself to small but frequent sips.

  Hahah tossed around in bed drifting in and out of sleep. Aching all over so I might as well wake up and take panadol.
  
  Arh! I wish I had the fortune of tasting campy's cooking - never judge a spaghetti by its colors, u know! I suspect the stupid bowl of rice I spent 3 hours finishing last night. Must've turned bad by the time I took the last mouthful.

  One swallow doesn't make a summer - vomittin once doesn't necessarily mean you have food poisoning. Are you running a temperature as well....? Food poisoning is usually accompanied with fever and/or diarrrhoea mah...
  Get plenty of rest for now. Don't be a hyperchrondriac - a lil' bit of discomfort oni think you gonna die..........
  
  FYI, hospitals will always be open. Doctors will always be in attendance even during cny. Undertakers too. The vhoice to see one, the other or none at all predominantly lies with you lor........... so dun worry so much: ur still the boss!

  erm, i had the runs earlier then i threw up three times there was a slight fever too but i think now it's gone i'm not a hypercondriac! that is so insensitive
