Why was i so lazy?

  knn, i wagered 20 big on a set of digit for more than one year.
  
  just a few days ago i went to singapore pool for my weekly ritual. i made a mistake and checked the box for 10 big instead of my usual 20 big.
  
  i should and could have rewritten my wager. but out of laziness i decided to check the box for 10 small. so i ended up wagering 10 big and 10 small for that number.
  
  on wed the number came out in consolation. i won 600 instead of 1200.
  
  why was i so lazy? i took the convenient way out and ended up winning 600 less!!

  now consolation is 60 only. it will probably drop below that when the gst rises to 7%.

  singapore pool's revenue is definitely more than 1 million. of course it is a gst-registered.
  
  in order to simplify matters, the govt reduced the prize money for 3rd prize and consolation to cover for gst.
  
  i wonder how they came up with the numbers.
