accident near cwp...

mi n my fren was walkin from cwp when we heard a loud screee...
the next thing we saw was a small kid fell down from his bicycle...
the taxi stop n the kid quickly got up n signal tat he's ok..
after tat the taxi just drove off... the taxi driver never even got out 2 c if the kid is ok....
wat kind of taxi driver is tis...
