Indiscriminate honking

  the govt must set a new rule on the use of horns. motorists should be given a heavy fine if caught using their horns indiscriminately.
  
  knn, i am sick of those motorist who honk and honk for no good reason!!!
  
  it is so early in the morning and i have already heard enough honking to last a whole week!!!

  ban honking not enough.. still need to ban them from using those engines that cause loud idiotic noises and also from turning on their radio volume too loud in the wee hours of the morning

  i am not a motorist.
  
  i am one of the residents in this area. a lot of people crowd here for breakfast. i dont understand the behaviour this motorists.

  There is a no honking sign along simon road that is no longer in use because the military transport camp is no longer there. You can take it and put it where you most need it dragg.
