Just a week after buying it, it jammed while I was using it. I couldn't even reset it. So I had to let it run until the battery died. I took it down to the service center the next day, where it was fixed on the spot.
Things have been alright for a while. Then suddenly, the display screen now has horizontal lines!
I'm taking it down to the service center again tomorrow. If this sort of nonsense happens again, I may consider selling it off and buying an iPod.
