My first whine!

I went for a 5km jog at ECP this morning.
It has stopped raining, but at several parts the running track was muddy and flooded.
As a result, my brand new track shoes got muddy and dirtied.

1. why dis it had to rain here nd not there?
2. Why the track that you were running had to be muddy
3. Why NPark never keep the track away from mud
4. Why PUB/NEA/NPark never do proper drainage
5. Why they never make shoes that don't get stained
6. Why you had to buy such shoes
