i have no qualms about him saying he wants to check his car. its his rights afterall. he also don't have to ask if anyone is injured. but i don't like they way his said it and using the police to threaten us immediately. i also left out something. when he came out with a torch, he stared at everyone of us for a period of 3 seconds. the way they handled the situation got worst when the wife followed behind accusing my friend of not having licence. in fact i left out this part. she accused me of not having a riding licence which is true. i'm holding only a driving licence. but i wasn't the rider.
it wasn't late at night too. it was about 9pm. i doubt they were asleep because their lights were still on. i believe i would approach in a different way, even if i don't ask if anyone was injured, i would definitely not start accusing straightaway without asking what happened -

If you don't believe what i say, read sgforums too. More than half is about mid age adults & old people with attitude prob. -
